Yummmmmmmmmy vegetable dosa.
Recipe of Mixed vegetable dosa here is different from the usual method.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Grated carrot
1 Cup Cabbage
1 cup chopped Onion
5-10 chopped Green chillies
Salt to taste.
Oil (your wish)
1/2 kilogram dosa batter.
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chillies and fry
till the onions turn into light brown color.
2. Add grated carrots and chopped cabbage.
3. Cover to cook on medium heat up to 5-8 min.
4. Take dosa batter in a bowl and grind to a smooth paste
with a little water. Add salt and mix well.
5. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly with oil.
When hot, pour a ladelful of the batter, spread using a circular motion to make
a thin dosa and cook on one side.
6. Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking and leave
it roast partially and flip do vice versa and apply the fried vegetable mix and
fold over and serve hot.
7. Vegetable Dosa is ready to serve with sambar,
peanut chuney, coconut chutney, karapodi....
