Try this tasty and nutritious pink colored dosa. This
is the best way to feed your family with vegetables. I also prepared curry
leaves chutney along with this. Pink Mixed vegetable dosa and curry leaves
chutney tasted great.
Ingredients:
Grated Beetroot: 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot: 1/2 cup
Grated Raddish: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 chopped medium sized
Capsicum: 1/2 cup chopped medium sized
Green chillies: 2
Fine Rava: 1 cup
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Rice Flour: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger: 3/4 inch
Coriander leaves: A handful Chopped finely
Curds: 1 cup
Jeera : 1 tsp
Grated Beetroot: 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot: 1/2 cup
Grated Raddish: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 chopped medium sized
Capsicum: 1/2 cup chopped medium sized
Green chillies: 2
Fine Rava: 1 cup
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Rice Flour: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger: 3/4 inch
Coriander leaves: A handful Chopped finely
Curds: 1 cup
Jeera : 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Grind grated beetroot, grated carrot, capsicum, onion, grated radish, ginger, green chillies with wheat flour and fine rave to a fine paste.
2. Transfer it a mixing bowl add rice flour, salt, curds, coriander leaves, jeera and mix well. Add sufficient water and make the batter to dosa consistency.

3. Heat the dosa tawa, take one
laddle of batter and drizzle it from the corners and finishing off in the
middle
4. Cook till golden brown.
Serve Mixed Vegetable Dosa with Curry Leaves Chutney or any Chutney Powders.
